Spring Phase 1: Week 1
Mar 31, 2024This training phase is filled with fun challenges.
Challenges call on you to step up like never before.
And the beauty in all of this is that you will grow through the process.
Of course you must learn to navigate new paths and think differently.
Is it disruptive? Yes.
Inconvenient? Yes.
But look for those opportunities to grow.
If you do the work, our proven system will keep you lean, strong, and healthy when you need it the most.
I see so many people in our community making great pivots, adjustments and adapting to challenges at every turn.
The reason I am writing this to you today is because I simply want to tell you all how proud I am of you.
You see, a day is always a blank slate.
It's merely a measurement of time.
Whether you make it a happy day, or a not-so-happy one, is up to you.

7 Ways to Get Better
Here are seven different ways that you can improve.
Any one of them can make a difference, but if you embrace them all - you’ll be virtually unbeatable.
1. Most hacks are useless
Focus on fundamentals.
Want to be more productive?
Plan your day and sleep better.
Want to build more muscle and lose more bodyfat?
Train with intent and practice mindful nutrition.
2. Consistency is key
If you want to be better at anything, show up and do it consistently.
When it comes to workouts, it’s more about training with intent four 40-minute sessions per week versus marathon workouts.
3. Focus is a superpower
However, if you want to reap the greatest benefit from your consistency, you need focus.
Fewer things done better have a compounding effect that is tough to beat.
4. Mindful nutrition and quality sleep are daily things for successful clients
Only you are responsible for how deeply you sleep and how mindful you are when it comes to nutrition.
If you want to lead by example, prioritize sleep and nutrition.
5. Win the day
You won’t win every day, but if you set your sights on moving toward your goals each and every day.
Over the course of a year, being successful two-thirds of the time will mean you took almost 250 steps toward your goals.
6. Ideas have no real value
You don’t rise to the level of your ideas.
You fall to the level of your action.
7. Borrow and adapt
There are plenty of people who have done things similar to what you want to do.
Borrow from them. Learn from them.
Then adapt it to you.
To your success,
