Jun 16, 2024Focus on the fundamentals.
I focus on basics because it’s what works.
Couple this with leading by example, playing to your strengths, simplifying things and being a good person... and that's about it.
Maybe it’s not "creative" – but do these things consistently and you’ll have created your Ideal Body and life.
And you know what – it’s the same whether you’re reading this daily lesson from somewhere around the globe or with me in a coaching session.
Same stuff.
I still focus on what works.
So my suggestion to you is this: if you’re on a journey to athletic fitness (lean, strong, and slowing aging), focus on what works...
...Focus on the fundamentals.
Fundamentals are the foundation of most any success and they’ll be the foundation of yours.

A battle to win.

The rut doesn’t define you… it prepares you and hardens you.
Control what is controllable.
Plenty of things will happen that are beyond your control.
How you respond to those things is not.
