The ability to move your body is a gift.
A gift we often neglect.
There is a common saying, "If you don't move it, you lose it".
Developing an enjoyable and sustainable habit of moving is key to NOT losing your ability to move.
This phase, we'll focus on developing power, aka speed strength.
It's important to train for power because if you don't... well, you'll lose your ability to be explosive.
And that's not good.
Especially if you're over 40 years.
But not to worry, over the next 28 days, we're going to boost your power.
Safely, of course.
